What Happens:
Students develop a team definition of leadership based on personal experiences, stories, and past successes. In forming a definition this way students use the good of the past to build a brighter future and own what it means to be a leader.

During the 10 months students work in team to fundraise all costs for the program. Meaning that the only barrier to participation is being involved.

At the end of the 10 month program students travel on a 12 day student lead trip to Modesto California. Where they volunteer with different NGO's, learning from and serving marginalized communities.

This is a student lead program. We facilitate what it is needed. Students lead all activities. Giving them an opportunity to practise and walk out their defined leader practises.
Outcomes:
Students develop: self confidence, leadership, empathy, understanding, personal awareness, time management, team dynamics, friendships, communication, planning execution skills and problem solving skills.
